It seems to me that the cherubim that guarded the Ark in the Temple are real.

In 1 Kings 8:7, Scripture says that the cherubim spread their wings over the Ark forming a canopy over the Ark and its carrying poles. Then today in Ezekial 10:18-19, Ezekial in his vision sees the glory of the Lord move out from the door of the Temple and hover above the cherubim. And as he watched, the cherubim flew with their wheels to the east gate of the Lord's Temple. And the glory of the God of Israel hovered above them.

Are these the cherubim whose wings formed a canopy over the Ark in 1 Kings 8:7? I thought at one point that these cherubim were carved images. Were that real all this time in the Temple? That must have a sight. Just wondering what others might be thinking about this?Frankienoreply@blogger.com
